If something goes wrong with the Monema App

As a first step, try accessing the Account section in the bottom right-hand corner of the menu. In the "Troubleshooting" section, click on "Send error report". Briefly explain the problem you have encountered and click on "Send".

We will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, please try closing the application completely and then reopening it.
