How to change a user's password?
PBX Control panel (admin)
If you are an administrator user
To change the password of a user or extension, access the PBX panel with your username and password, go to the menu option Users > Edit of the user you want to change the password > User > at the bottom of the panel you will find the option Password, there you can change it.
If you are a normal user
Log in with your credentials to the PBX panel > Settings > Password.
⚠ Please note
- If you have a softphone such as Monema you will have to enter the credentials again for that extension or user.
- If you have a Yealink device you will have to unplug the terminal from the power supply and plug it back in to reboot it and have it auto-provision itself again.
