# How do I cancel the service?

You can do it by sending an email to [info@monema.com](mailto:info@monema.com?subject=Cancellation%20of%20the%20service) indicating your username and tax information.

If you request it directly from the e-mail address you used to register the PBX, you will not need either of the two aforementioned data.
